The ingredients for our products are grown on our own Certified Organic Farm, and when we don't have it, we source them from other local farms here in the Lakes Region of NH. Our passion for local production and sourcing is the difference in the quality, flavor and ecological footprint of our specialty products. As former chefs, restaurant-owners and lovers of unique flavors, our commitment to using only high-quality, locally produced ingredients is why our recipes are unlike others you will find on the shelves. Our prepared goods are made in Laconia, New Hampshire
in collaboration with Genuine Local -a unique shared-use, commercial kitchen specializing in small-batch production.

Sarah Burns of Sweet Fern Pottery is a clay artist. She works primarily with stoneware. Her forms start on the potter’s wheel and are then softly altered into familiar geometric forms. She is a juried member of the League of NH Craftsmen and has exhibited locally and nationally throughout her career.
